Having someone to talk to will help to ease the stress or worries before it escalates into something more severe.
All calls and chats are one-on-one with a trained mental health professional, and completely confidential. However, we may ask for your first name or username and some general details.

You currently already have a Critical Incident and Trauma Response Service Agreement with us, please have your Service Agreement Contract ready and call us (03) 9205 9488 during business hours or call our hotline (03) 9483 8889.
